The Wealthcons Site Management Team has successfully completed the transfer slab concrete pour with a total volume of approximately 1,000m³, completing nearly 7,000m² of basement deck—an important structural milestone at the Thien Huong International Education Village project.

The special structural zone comprises 05 transfer beams with cross-sections of up to 1.8m × 2m and lengths of approximately 25m each, integrated with a post-tensioning system. The large structural dimensions and concentrated concrete volume required meticulous construction planning, rigorous quality control, and, in particular, effective mass concrete temperature management.
To manage concrete temperature throughout placement and curing, Wealthcons utilized a chilled concrete system together with thermal insulation using foam layers. Temperature sensors were embedded within the concrete mass and continuously monitored for 07 days, enabling the Site Management Team to closely track temperature development, minimize the risk of thermal cracking, and ensure structural quality.
Before and throughout the pour, all critical works—including shoring, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning tendons, concrete supply, equipment, and manpower—were systematically coordinated and controlled at every stage. With a concrete volume of up to 1,000m³, maintaining a continuous pour and closely monitoring key technical parameters were essential to ensuring the monolithic integrity of the structure.
