WEALTHCONS TRADE UNION VISITS PROJECT SITES ACROSS SOUTHERN VIETNAM

During its visits to project sites across Southern Vietnam, the Wealthcons Trade Union met with Site Management Teams, presented gifts, and extended words of encouragement to colleagues who work tirelessly on site to ensure construction progress, quality, and safety.

Raincoats arriving just when the rainy weather hit. Power banks providing much-needed energy during long concrete pouring shifts. Small yet thoughtful gifts, carefully selected to meet the practical needs of our colleagues working on construction sites. Wealthcons understands that behind every project milestone are continuous working shifts, overnight concrete pours, and long days spent on site through sunshine and rain. That is why genuine care does not always require grand gestures. Sometimes, it is reflected in practical, timely gifts that make a real difference in our colleagues’ daily work.

These visits also provided an opportunity for the Wealthcons Trade Union to listen, share, and strengthen connections with team members across project sites, ensuring that every Wealthconser feels the support of the wider team throughout our shared journey of “Building with Integrity – Executing with Precision – Ensuring Safety – Creating Prosperity.”
